Working Member Policy & Procedures
The CCFC offers a working member program for people who want to volunteer with the CCFC. Working members volunteer in exchange for up to 25% off on their CCFC purchases.
The working member option is a privilege of a food cooperative and it is available to every member. Please be conscious when choosing to be a working member, you are a representative of our food co-op and what is good for the co-op is good for you!
CCFC Expectations of Working Member-Owners
- To attend to the needs of your fellow members-owners. A cooperative organization depends upon people helping people.

- Leave your area clean and ready for the next worker.
- Always do your best.
- Be willing to take direction from Co-op staff.
- Have open communication with managers regarding any personal problems or needs.

What You Can Expect From the Co-op
- To be provided with adequate training.
- To be given a discount in accordance with the dates and hours you work and the size of your household.
